Dessliy is committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services for your barn door purchases. This policy details our shipping scope, delivery time, freight standards and related precautions to help you understand the entire logistics process clearly.

1. Shipping Scope

Currently, Dessliy only provides shipping services within [Continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories)]. For shipments to remote areas or overseas regions, please contact our customer service in advance for consultation.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: After you place an order and complete the payment, our team will process and verify the order within 1-3 business days. If there is any problem with the order information, we will contact you via email or phone in a timely manner.
  • Delivery Time: The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after order processing is completed (for Continental US). The actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as transportation distance, weather conditions and peak logistics periods. For urgent orders, please consult customer service for expedited shipping options and additional fees.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: For orders that meet the minimum purchase amount [Free shipping on orders over $XXX], standard shipping is free. For orders below the minimum purchase amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of [XXX USD] will be charged.

4. Shipping Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and the link to the logistics tracking platform. You can also check the order shipping status through "My Account - Order Details" on our official website.

5. Delivery & Sign-Off Notes

  • Dessliy's barn doors are large and heavy items, and we cooperate with professional large-item logistics companies to ensure safe delivery. The delivery service includes door-to-door delivery; if you need to enter the room or install, please consult customer service for additional services and fees in advance.
  • When receiving the goods, please check the outer packaging of the goods for damage, deformation or missing items in the presence of the courier. If there is any abnormality, please sign for it with comments (such as "packaging damaged" "missing items") and take photos for proof, then contact our customer service within 48 hours to handle it. If you sign for it without inspection, it will be deemed that the goods are intact and consistent with the order.

6. Shipping Delay or Cancellation

  • Shipping Delay: If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics disruptions) or reasons attributable to Dessliy, we will notify you of the situation and the expected delivery time in a timely manner. You can choose to continue waiting or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel the order after payment but before shipment, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and refund after verifying that the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you need to go through the return process according to the return policy after receiving the goods.

7. Shipping Damage Handling

If the goods are damaged during transportation, please follow the requirements in Section 5.2 to keep the on-site photos and signed documents, and contact customer service within 48 hours. Our after-sales team will verify the situation and provide solutions such as free replacement, repair or full refund according to the damage degree.
