Service Structure & Payment
Our on-site service is split into two separate parts:
1๏ธโฃ Measurement Service โ Accurate door and space measurements. Paid at the time of booking.
2๏ธโฃ Installation Service โ Professional installation of your barn door and hardware. Paid after door and hardware are delivered.
Measurement Service
Payment is required upfront to confirm the appointment. Includes: door opening measurement, wall clearance check, and header and floor conditions assessment.
Fee credited toward installation if you proceed with installation through us.
Non-refundable after service is completed.
Installation Service
Paid separately after the door and hardware are delivered. Includes professional installation according to on-site measurement. Additional charges may apply for complex installation conditions (e.g., uneven walls, long travel, custom adjustments).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation of measurement service less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
- Installation service can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
General Terms
- All payments are accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
- Custom doors are non-refundable once production starts.
- Measurements are valid only at the time of the visit; changes to the space may require re-measurement.
