2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:

- Damaged during shipping,

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Dessliy may require the product to be returned for inspection. Shipping costs to and from Dessliy are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise authorized.
